This policy explains how my-coloring-book.com collects, uses, discloses, retains, and protects information when you use our websites, applications, AI image tools, and payment services.

Information we collect

  • Account information: email address, name, authentication details, team membership, and preferences.
  • User content: photos you upload, prompts and selections, generated coloring pages and books, and related metadata.
  • Transactions: subscription, credit, invoice, and payment status from Stripe. We do not store complete payment-card numbers.
  • Usage and device data: IP address, browser and device details, referring campaign, pages and features used, logs, diagnostics, and cookie choices.
  • Communications: messages and support requests you send to us.

How we use information

We use information to provide and secure the Service; authenticate accounts; transform photos with AI; generate, store, and download coloring books; process purchases and credits; communicate about accounts; prevent fraud and abuse; troubleshoot and improve performance; comply with law; and, only with your analytics consent, understand marketing and product usage.

Service providers and disclosures

We disclose information only as needed to operate the Service, protect users, complete a transaction, comply with law, or carry out a business transfer. Providers may include:

  • Google Cloud for hosting, storage, databases, logging, and Gemini/Vertex AI processing;
  • OpenAI and other configured AI providers when selected for image or text processing;
  • Stripe for payments, subscriptions, billing, and fraud prevention;
  • Mailgun and authentication providers for transactional email and sign-in; and
  • Google Analytics or TikTok analytics only after you allow analytics cookies.

We do not sell personal information for money. You can decline or withdraw analytics consent at any time through Cookie Settings in the footer. We also honor browser Global Privacy Control by defaulting analytics to off.

Photos and children

The Service is for account holders who are at least 18 years old and is not directed to children under 13. Adults may upload photos containing children only when they have authority to do so. If you believe a child submitted information directly or content was provided without appropriate authority, contact us so we can investigate and delete it.

Retention and deletion

We retain account and transaction records while your account is active and as needed for security, tax, accounting, dispute, and legal obligations. Uploaded and generated files are retained only as needed to provide your library, subject to documented storage lifecycle and backup windows. You may request account or content deletion; some records may remain when legally required or in time-limited backups until they expire.

Security

We use access controls, private cloud networking, encrypted transport, restricted storage, secret management, backups, and monitoring designed to protect information. No system is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Your choices and rights

Depending on where you live, you may request access, correction, deletion, or a copy of personal information, or object to certain processing. You may opt out of analytics through Cookie Settings and manage subscription payments through Stripe's customer portal. We will verify requests and will not discriminate against you for exercising applicable privacy rights.
