Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned upon your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service.
By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, then you may not access the Service.
my-coloring-book.com provides a platform that allows users to upload their own photos and, using artificial intelligence ("AI"), transform them into stylized coloring book pages. Users can download print-ready digital coloring books and print them for personal use.
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. The Service is intended for adults creating products for themselves or people in their care; it is not directed to children under 13. If you upload a photo of another person, including a child, you represent that you are authorized to provide it and to request the processing described in these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
To access certain features of the Service, you may be required to create an account. You are responsible for safeguarding the password that you use to access the Service and for any activities or actions under your password. You agree not to disclose your password to any third party. You must notify us immediately upon becoming aware of any breach of security or unauthorized use of your account.
You retain all ownership rights to the photos you upload and the resulting coloring book images you create ("User Content"). By uploading User Content, you grant my-coloring-book.com a limited, non-exclusive license to process, store, reproduce, and transform that content only as needed to provide, secure, support, and improve the Service. We will not use customer photos or generated books in public marketing without separate, explicit permission.
You are solely responsible for the User Content you upload to the Service. You agree that your User Content will not:
We reserve the right to remove any User Content that we, in our sole discretion, determine to be in violation of these Terms.
You acknowledge that the coloring book images are generated by AI. While we strive to produce high-quality, relevant results, the Service may occasionally produce unexpected or inaccurate output. We make no guarantee as to the quality, accuracy, or suitability of the AI-generated content.
Current pricing is displayed before purchase. Generated coloring pages cost two credits per page. We may change future prices, but a change will not remove credits already purchased from your account.
If you purchase a subscription, you agree to pay the displayed monthly fee. Subscriptions renew automatically each billing period until canceled. You may cancel through your account billing page; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period.
Trial credits do not have a scheduled expiration. Credits included with a monthly subscription are valid through that billing cycle, and one-time credit-pack credits expire 12 months after purchase. Credits have no cash value and are not transferable. Except where required by law, completed credit purchases are non-refundable after credits are granted. Contact support if you see a duplicate or unauthorized charge, or if a technical failure does not automatically restore reserved credits.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, my-coloring-book.com and its owners, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service; (ii) any conduct or content of any third party on the Service; and (iii) any content obtained from the Service.
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of Georgia, United States of America, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of such changes by updating the "Last Updated" date at the top of this document. By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
